Expertise: I am a Bilingual Instructional Assistant at Fern Hill Elementary School Forest Grove, Oregon. I love my job. Working with kids is a very fulfilling thing. Where I work there are many of the students speak spanish as their first language and our job as a school is to help them build proficency in their native language and which then makes the transition to English much eaiser and allows for broader English Language Development.
My prayer is that I may be an example to those who have so little.
